The role

SSL247, the leader in SSL in the EMEA region, is looking for a talented bilingual (English & French) Marketing Executive to focus on CRM & Customer Engagement. This permanent role is based in London, Marylebone and would suit an ambitious and talented individual looking for an exciting opportunity in Web Security Marketing. The Marketing Executive - CRM & Customer Engagement will be responsible for the definition and implementation of the CRM & Customer Engagement Strategy across online and offline channels and across all markets. The Marketing Executive will liaise with Sales, Developers and Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy
  • Devise and implement the annual CRM Strategy to grow our ROI and revenue. We have recently acquired a tool (Pardot) to generate and nurture leads. The person will be the co-owner of this strategic project with the Marketing Manager
  • Produce an ongoing roadmap and milestones for delivery of CRM and Engagement activity
  • Deliver CRM campaigns to acquire, retain, grow and win back groups of customers across both on and offline channels
  • Manage the success of CRM campaigns by constantly monitoring results and incorporating learning into future plans. Measure, analyse and report on results with recommendations
  • Set up and execute automated and triggered based email campaigns to increase customer retention
  • Customer intelligence
  • Define Customer profiling and segments based on behavioural and industry data
  • Provide customer insight to the Sales teams
  • Devise and set regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Database management
  • Manage the synchronisation of all platforms (Salesforce, Internal DB, Email platform, Google Analytics)
  • Manage data quality in the CRM system (Salesforce), identify gaps in information, monitor data standards for new records, merge data and delete duplicate records
  • Manage database clean-up exercise
  • Undertake regular data search routines to monitor and correct missing, obsolete or incomplete data
  • Other Marketing duties with the team
  • Create and/or work with existing processes and team to produce timely, effective marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all communications are aligned to the brand guidelines and values
  • Carry out regular competitor benchmarking and industry analysis
  • Follow up and monitor all KPIs

Skills and Experience

  • Degree educated (Marketing or related strongly preferred)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B services or retail industry with a genuine interest for new technologies
  • Proven experience in Emailing, Direct Marketing or CRM (Salesforce highly desirable)
  • Passionate about delivering successful customer retention campaigns
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills to interpret data sources is essential
  • Bilingual English and French (the candidate will have to communicate and create content in both languages)
  • Independent, proactive, driven, self-motivated and flexible attitude while using lots of initiatives.
  • Excellent organisation, project management, communication and interpersonal skills (strong time management skills to work with the small but dynamic team)
