Operations Manager - Part Time - 4 days a week
Our Client is a Sponsorship agency based in London
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated Manager to work directly with the Managing director to support him in managing the agency and ensuring it is running efficiently and effectively . It is a Boutique agency with great clients - only a small team of 15 full time staff.
The main functions will be:
HR management - Contracts , Holidays , appraisals , Expenses sign off , Payroll, General HR function,
Jobs - Utilisation reporting , chasing time sheets, resource allocation, Supporting the Account managers to ensure they are correctly billing on a timely basis and reconciling correctly their profit and billings, forecasting revenue
Cash Flow - managing the cash flow
Office management - Procurement of all office costs and negotiation of such costs ( telephone , copiers etc). Dealing with land lord
Finance - set Budgets and Forecasts - ensuring profitability on jobs - Cash flow forecasting - overseeing the outsourced finance team - maybe bring in house .
Legal - First point o contact for all legal matters should they arise
Efficiencies - Developing processes and systems to make the company more profitable and efficient
Oversee paprika software system
Other adhoc Duties as required
Salary - annual equivalent Circ. £50K
Will have a marcomms back ground and will either come from an accounting back ground but be very commercial or from an account management / project management background but be very financially literate. Ideally you will also have paprika knowledge
