Our client are a global market leading Soft Drinks company, and have an exciting opportunity for an individual to become part of the National Accounts Team as a National Account Manager. The position will suit a professional who can demonstrate a proven background of experience within FMCG sector, account management, P&L responsibility and strong negotiation skills.
*Full budget responsibility for management of our large national and prestigious customers.
*Drive distribution/volume of established Brands through sale of key brands in the multinational marketplace, primarily through the organisations strategic stakeholder accounts
*Developing solid business relationships with designated account base and focus on commercial growth through volume selling to National Account partners, operational teams and their respective Licensees
*Incorporate commercial agreements made at Head Office level and implement, execute relevant promotional activity
*Be commercially aware, maintain control of POS allocations, create local/regional initiatives & support business unit activities where relevant and applicable
*Complete all individual account administration in a timely and accurate manner
*Consistently deliver a market out-performance in Premium Drinks through great customer relationships and outstanding communication and selling skills
*As part of a high successful performing team you will be responsible for the constant innovation/creation of new iconic ideas that will deliver the next phase of our brand growth
CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:
*Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, with the ability to assess/troubleshoot often complex challenges
*Able to demonstrate and prove a previous successes within dealing with major account management and full P&L responsibility
*A professional communicator, with exceptional selling and negotiating skills
*Determined and focused on achieving consistently outstanding results across the company
*Able to perform and excel in a fast-paced, vibrant and high-achieving team environment
*Flexible to travel throughout the UK to various sites where necessary.
