We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Head Chef to lead our dedicated catering team, who produce outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this highly prestigious unit.

Main responsibilities

As Patient Services Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of catering for the patients, visitor restaurants and hospitality. The majority of food is delivered to the site; as Compass offers an 'Esteem’ product which is developed centrally and heated up on site, preserving flavour and texture. Snacks and dietary/cultural diets are catered for from fresh.

As Patient Services Manager you will oversee a large team including kitchen staff and ward host/esses who deliver the meals to patients. Primarily you will be responsible for Front of House operations, client management, stock management, all financial aspects and Health and Safety of the operation.

You will have excellent people management skills, strong attention to detail and ideally have experience within a similar environment.

The role is heavily focused on customer satisfaction and delivering a quality service.
