Group Risk Account Manager
Boutique Financial Advisory firm based in London who pride themselves in providing straightforward and well communicated advice on Employee Benefits have and exciting opportunity for Group Risk Account Manager to join their close knit and friendly organisation.
As a Group Risk Account Manager you will support a small team of Employee Benefits Consultants with a portfolio of clients ranging from SME to Corporate clients as well as providing administrative support in relation to group risk and healthcare policies. You will also process policy renewals and undertake market reviews which will include requesting quotations, collaborating quotes and negotiating with providers, ensuring successful completion. You will provide administrative support on pension schemes in particular Auto Enrolment. Additionally you will be required to maintain client relationships and manage both internal and external clients’ expectations.
To be considered you will have experience in administering Group Risk / Healthcare schemes ideally within an intermediary environment. A working knowledge of wider employee benefits is essential with some specialist knowledge of pensions and auto-enrolment administration would be preferred. Professional qualifications GR1 or IF7 are ideally required however we will consider candidates who have plans to sit these in the future. The chosen candidate will have excellent communication skills, work well as part of a small team and be willing to develop new skills. Salary on offer £30,000 - £35,000 + full benefits package.
