  • Responding to inbound telephone and email enquiries from IFAs and direct customers.
  • Answering a range of queries - from routine to more technical, identifying more complex queries and correctly referring in the appropriate manner.
  • Making outbound calls as required to provide follow up information.
  • Updating database records.

Skills & experience required:

  • Applicants must be able to offer current/recent relevant experience in a telephone based customer contact centre environment, with a very confident and clear telephone manner, and a pro-active 'can do' customer focussed approach.
  • The ideal background would be pensions, but a related financial services environment, or similar contact centre background can also be considered.
  • Confident database skills - use of Word, Basic Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Minimum education background to include Maths & English GCSE at C grade and above or equivalent.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
