Our client are seeking an Accounts Administrator with excellent knowledge of Excel and Sage. The chosen individual should be a driver due to the location of this company as there is no access via public transport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation with a great team.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Entering and reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Covering payroll and purchase ledger when required
  • Claims processing

Experience Required / Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Sage, Sage Payroll and Excel (ability to use Report Designer within Sage)
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work to deadlines within a time pressured environment
  • Excellent knowledge of CSV files and importing / exporting of information
