AREA RETAIL TRAINER WANTED FOR A GROWING COSMETICS BRAND

Location: London & surrounding area

Salary: £26-32k + bonus

The role of the Area Trainer is there to support the stores to achieve business results through delivery and co-ordination of non-management training. This is mostly focussed at the development of Make Up Artists, so cosmetics/beauty experience is essential.

* This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop in a training
direction. You will be putting into place on-going training programmes to support
the existing teams development as well as working with fresh new starters to
ensure they are fully supported in their first few weeks and months in the
business. You will be liaising with Store Manager, Area Managers, and Store
staff , co-ordinate and deliver training plans for individuals.

* Work very closely with the Regional Trainer to ensure the plan covers
recruitment, induction, on-going training and development of the retail teams
following an aggressive new store opening schedule

* Work closely to ensure our people are trained in delivering a customer centric
environment

Skills

* Logical, structured, planned and organised
* Goal focused and demonstrates confidence and tenacity in making things happen
* Takes personal responsibility for delivering accurately, on time and to tight
deadlines
* Desire to get involved and have a very can do attitude to make things happen,
often at pace

This role will involve good communication skills, both verbal and written and excellent planning/prioritising abilities. Experience of delivering training and working within a cosmetics/beauty retail environment are essential.
