Office based electrical maintenance manager for technical support and to manage their fleet and scheduling.

Your new company
An emerging electrical contractors based in Hertfordshire have work across north and central London. They service contracts with numerous social housing providers. They are in a fortunate position currently, already having expanded their maintenance team this year, with plans to increase this further.

Your new role
As an electrical office manager you will have responsibility across a number of areas, including man- management and providing technical advise and assistance over the phone (site visits if required), managing the fleet and materials and help with the scheduling of jobs for the next day and across the week. You will also cover general office management.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit someone looking to take a step back from the tools but it is essential that you have an electrical maintenance background. You will also need a driving licence and a flexible approach to tasks.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a permanent position and commitment from the company in terms of your development. You will also have access to a company vehicle. The contractor is looking to offer a salary of £30,000 per annum.
