Channel Marketing Manager – Monmouthshire Salary £30000 - £350000 This is a great new opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the windows and construction sector. One of the UK’s leading manufacturers of aluminium building systems this business develops market leading products that deliver high performance and aesthetic appeal. We are looking to recruit an experienced Channel Marketing Manager with strong communication and influencing skills to develop and manage existing products within the Commercial (Specification) market whilst continually identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will be from the fenestration industry and have extensive understanding of the Commercial and Specification market. Strong technical understanding is key and extensive experience of launching numerous products to market on time and on budget. This individual needs to be a confident and strategic marketer with strong analytical skills – a true team player who will work closely with all departments of the business. Key Responsibilities and Activities: * Perform qualitative and quantitative research with customers and market to provide insight that will support the business goals and objectives * Monitor and analyse market trends, regulations and standards to identify new products and service opportunities in order to feed the continual product pipeline programme * Manage and implement all new product launches for the Commercial market to both internal and external customers using the company stage gate process in partnership with all departments * Work in partnership with the Technical team to deliver the agreed product pipeline programme on time to market * Provide effective sales support for all new product launches from training to sales aids * Provide the Marketing Communications Executive with clear briefings in order to develop and implement an effective communications plan * Using effective analytic skills manage, monitor and analyse existing products for productivity, sales and profitability and ROI * Price Management for all Commercial products/systems. Including implementing effective tools and policies to support the Sales Teams * Manage the overall product lifecycle from cradle to grave ensuring effective profitability, ROI to replacement * To distribute statistical information in a clear, concise and timely manner * To work within budget and aid the Marketing Director with the development of the annual departmental budget * Manage in conjunction with the Marketing Director the product/system brand architecture and hierarchy * Manage customer product quality and grievances in conjunction with technical, production and quality teams * Support and engage with Group to develop joint cross products and services GB Solutions are a leading employment agency for jobs in Gloucestershire and beyond.
