Media Sales Executive- Entry Level
Central London
£18,250 + Commission (£25,000 in total)

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for opening new relationships with publisher accounts and growing their monthly revenue. The role requires daily outreach to publishers across a platform of video, display, and mobile.

This position works closely with the marketing team to ensure an ongoing flow of quality outreaches is achieved. The Sales Executive will evaluate market data and look for key performance metrics that can be improved upon to grow publisher response and revenue.


  • Mainly recruit new publishers and develop new business opportunities - expected to engage with at least 15 publishers each month
  • Work with publishers to help optimize their account needs and provide basic account management expertise once on boarded
  • Assist and provide requested information for marketing efforts
  • Introduce new campaigns and/or ad products to new and existing publishers
  • Monitor and analyse performance trends for individual accounts
  • Cultivate knowledge of the digital advertising landscape


  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Sales hungry and eager to network and develop new business
  • Ability to evaluate new business opportunities
  • Excellent prospecting and closing skills
  • Internet savvy and strong proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Email)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize, multi task, and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Prepared to be accountable and compensated for your own activities and results
