A financial services company are seeking a Client Service Manager to join their company.

The role is office based administration and customer service support for existing business and general day to day office duties. The role does include a lot of client liaison so confidence and a good telephone manner is a must.

A client support manager provides an excellent ongoing non-advised service and maintains high client satisfaction to their client bank.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete client review reports accurately
  • Prepare for client review meetings
  • Highlight on a daily basis any outstanding workload to their team leader
  • Take review meeting notes, update factfind and complete decisions summary to client
  • Conduct regular client contact and record findings
  • Complete valuations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Complete fund switches, monitor and check
  • Involvement in rep and investment meetings and attend suitable seminars
  • Monitor client cash accounts on a monthly basis
  • Facilitate client withdrawal requests
  • Participate in webinars to increase knowledge
  • Take an interest in financial markets
