Our client are seeking motivated, proactive and enthusiastic Sales professionals to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Working for a market leader in their industry you will be required to receive inbound calls, offering exceptional levels of Customer service at all times in order to provide quotations, working within regulations, meeting and exceeding industry standards.

Your key duties will include
• Taking inbound calls, identifying the best option, providing quotations based upon each customers individual requirements and closing the sale
• Working within a regulated environment to ensure industry standards are maintained at all times
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Working to meet service level agreements and targets
• Following up web enquiries - calling warm leads and following up on quotes, there is no cold calling involved
Person Specification
• Previous Customer Service / Sales experience ideally gained in a telephone based role
• The ability to work to targets
• Articulate and intelligent with the ability to work within a regulated environment
• Enthusiastic bright and driven with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• The ability to identify buying signals and provide the best solution to the customer

This is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm (Early shift) OR 10.30 am to 7 pm (Late shift) and one Saturday in every 3. (With a day off in the week) - Worked on a rota.

You will start on a basic salary of £16,000 - £16,750 (depending on experience) and will have the opportunity to increase this over an 18 month period through a structured learning and development plan. In addition you will have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus achieved through meeting a monetary target and also through call quality audits which will be conducted twice a month offering an achievable OTE of £21,700.
