Supporting multiple senior members within the company, this City based Law firm is looking for a confident legal secretary to join their team. Managing multiple busy diaries, arranging extensive travel and formatting professional documents will be the primary responsibilities within this role. Having the exposure to senior level individuals with allow you to develop your professional knowledge and capabilities.
Based in slick and fast paced offices, you will additionally deal with correspondence, contracts and emails, as well as telephone calls, legal filing and transcribing minutes in Board meetings. Your knowledge and understanding of the legal world will develop enormously due to the high administrative support you will offer to the legal team. Therefore, the ability to maintain confidential information and a high level of discretion will be key in this pivotal role. In return, you will develop a high level of trust within the team you support. Thus, having the confidence to work as part of a team will be important. Equally, managing diary and travel will require you to use your own initiative and have the ability to prioritise effectively.

- Recent, demonstrable experience supporting within a legal environment is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of legal terminology.

- Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
