In-House Company Trainer
My clients are seeking an experienced trainer with either a PTLLS OR A DTLLS qualification. You will be training new recruits but also on-going training for team members on various subjects and products, maintaining key performance from all staff with excellent customer service skills.
Conduct and co-ordinate the training of staff from initial training through to ongoing support and mentoring. Joint responsibility for training staff within the company, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business.
·Delivery of customer service, sales, product and all other internal roles in the business.
·Training of new products and procedures throughout the Company
·Performance coaching/ monitoring of staff
·Delivery of Refresher training to all levels throughout the Company
·Co-ordinate the administration of any training courses
·To monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of training sessions
·Assist Managers with continued training and support for all teams.
. Professional qualification DTLLS or PTLLS
·Training/ Coaching experience
·Training and Coaching qualifications preferred
·Excellent soft and people skills
·Self-motivated and out going
·Experience of working in a Customer Service/Contact Centre environment
·Good IT skills including Email, Internet and PowerPoint
·Excellent Customer Service Skills
·Good telephone manner
·Organised and methodical with good attention to detail
·Common sense approach
You must be flexible with your working hours as training is also carried out of hours (evening & weekends).
