ROLE DESCRIPTION BELOW
The primary function is to deliver world-class support to the business's prestigious global client base. My client is seeking naturally passionate and enthusiastic individuals to assist with their client's needs while expressing a desire to grow within the financial markets.
Additional tasks include trade dispute resolution, supporting our various technical & mobile platforms, as well as generally assisting with any client queries that arise.
- Relay product knowledge on a wide range of markets including Equities, Bonds and Money markets, Options, Indices, Commodities, FX, and other OTC derivatives.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to respond to a wide range of customer service queries by e-mail, telephone and social media.
- Proactively conversing with all clients regarding the financial markets and the business's latest innovations.
- Ability to resolve trade disputes in a calm and professional manner.
- Capable of dealing with high net worth individuals, corporate/ institutional clients whilst being efficient and professional at all times in order to maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Have the ability to articulate complex situations and ideas to clients.
- Responding to client queries via email and over the telephone and while providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills (Essential)
- Degree - Level Education (ANY subject)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous client services / sales experience (telephone based)
