We are looking for a talented CRM Executive to join our clients dynamic team, to support and implement the CRM strategies across our clients consumer brands.
The CRM Executive will be responsible for campaign management, email production and campaign reporting.
You will already have a good understanding of CRM, data and email best practices.
Experience of an ESP/marketing cloud; Ideally Responsys platform or similar.
Some HTML experience to trouble shoot rendering issues, and nice to have but not essential, some SQL experience.
Communication skills are vital as you will be the central point/specialist supporting other champions in our clients business.
As a strong communicator you will need to be analytical to feedback recommendations to the wider teams based on reporting.
Key skills and experience:
- Be commercially focused/savy, with marketing experience.
- Have a good understanding of CRM, data and email best practices.
- Experience of an ESP/marketing cloud. (Ideally Oracle’s Responsys platform)
- Have HTML experience to trouble shoot rendering issues.
- SQL experience is desirable.
- Be confident presenting to stakeholders of all levels across the business.
- Strong communicator
- Organised and managing their own time to achieve deadlines.
- Analytical to feedback recommendations to the wider teams based on reporting.
