A long running and respected global events company is currently looking for a senior event manager to join them in the hunt for further commercial success.
Based in Central London, my client are a Global association who are the epitome of professionalism. They're renowned for delivering successful and well attended events, and their turnover rate is very low, offering industry leading benefits and a really great working environment.
The successful candidate will be a leader who is both inspiring and entrepreneurial in nature. With a history of achieving set KPI's, you will be a well-respected team member who others look up too. As an extremely organised individual, you take great care in your work and pay thorough attention to details. You will find yourself to be the figurehead in charge of leading and delivering events whilst also utilising your industry knowledge. With responsibilities ranging from budget management through to working with the internal marketing department, each day will be a new challenge, however in addition to the generous package - seeing the company and events grow through culmination of your hard work will be great reward.
We are looking for applicants who can boast;
* A friendly, approachable manner
* Eagerness to progress and hold large amounts of responsibility
* Experience in technology portfolio would be advantageous but not essential
* A proven history of achieving (and hopefully smashing) set KPI's
* Natural leadership ability and prior experience in leading a team
* A calm demeanour and the ability to delegate tasks
