My client is a whole of market IFA practice, specialising in providing holistic planning to HNW private clients. They have an excellent support network to make sure that their advisers are spending the maximum amount of time in front of clients, doing what they do best.

They have a really interesting opportunity to work in conjunction with HNW doctors and surgeons. These individuals have an average portfolio size of £250,000, but many of them have far in excess of this. You would be advising them on pension options, investments, complex tax planning and protection, so the mix of advice is varied. You would have regular opportunities to engage with these individuals to seek referalls as well as getting a large marketing budget from the firm in question, this will help you grow your business as well as retain existing clients.

All of the advisers in the office are writing strong levels of business ( in excess of £150,000) which is testement to the great process they have and dedication to positive client outcomes. They have a salary validation model of just 1.7, meaning that if you took a salary of £35,000, you would validate at £59,500. You would then be earning a bonus of 40% thereafter on any fees ( initial and recurring).

This is a great opportunity for someone with no client following or who is struggling for new business at their current firm. The advice being given is top quality, as well as the opportunity to be writing well over £100,000 within the first 24 months.
