This job role is a brand new, exciting position which will be working in a highly successful sales and business development team.

The team is looking to recruit an additional person that can support in the sales/client management department where the duties will be very varied and one where you can develop your skill with the customer further.

The customers are all business customers and have a need for the service offered, so it will be required that you can discuss with the customers that they have the best package possible and talk further about negotiating further service.

There is a mixture of current customers and some new customers that will have applied for information, so a follow up call required and then marketing material and contracts to be submitted via email and the post.

Skills required:

  • Previous client relationship management/develop a desire
  • A good level of verbal and written communication
  • Professional attitude
  • The desire to want to do the best you can
  • Good database skill
  • Assertive with great initiation
  • Able to work to deadlines
  • A team player and works well with colleagues

In return you will earn a decent salary, plus a good additional amount of bonus, work 36 hours per week 9 - 5 and 9 -4.45 on Friday, be included in the additional excellent benefits, free parking, plus ability to skill yourself up!
