Microsoft Dynamics AX Support Analyst
A Microsoft Dynamics AX Support Analyst is required by a leading Suffolk business to help strengthen and grow their team. You will join their MS Dynamics team and be responsible for the day-to-day running and support of the system. Keys responsibilities are - Provide end user support and manage the day to day running of the group AX 2012 implementation, support the project team with live and UAT application support issues, support the business through analysis, implementation, UAT and post go live support, keep the application up to date with the latest functional benefits as provided by Microsoft and work with colleagues in the business and off-shore to ensure issues are resolved satisfactory and within an acceptable time period. The successful candidate will be highly organised with previous MS AX Dynamics support experience. This is an exciting time to join the business and you’ll be part of a great team.
