Senior Change Manager

Specialising in Organisation Design and Process Improvement, work with different functions to create ways of working leaner and simpler. Leading the process change stream for major change programmes.

Role responsibilities:

  • Working in partnership with business leadership teams supporting them to define their new service model
  • Leading the process change stream for major change programmes
  • Process / Activity mapping of work and analysing how to improve efficiency
  • Recommending lean, effective and consistent process solutions aligned to leading best practice which helps the business to have world class effectiveness / efficiency
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure processes are thought through end to end
  • Collaborating with the wider OD team to ensure that processes and structures align
  • Developing and leading a high performing team
  • Forecasting and managing my budgets effectively, always being cost conscious

Required experience:

  • Experience re-engineering process maps in large organisations with many cross-functional hand-offs and interdependencies
  • Experience of managing change projects, either internally or as an external consult
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • MBB or Black belt beneficial.
