Area Manager / Regional Manager - Leading Hospitality Company

This is a unique opportunity for a Area Manager / Regional Managerto work for a hospitality brand with ambitious plans. Their Area Manager / Regional Manager and Restaurant Managers are proud of their culture which places the customer at the heart of everything they do; for an Area Manager they look for people with a genuine passion who strive to deliver customers at every turn.

This role is to lead a number of Catering / Retail (Food) and Coffee store's

£50,000 - £55,000 + Car + Bonus + Generous package

This is not the place for people who need direction on a daily basis - the organisation is moving rapidly and they need people who can cope with high levels of autonomy, a rapid pace of change and and Manager who will roll their sleeves up and make things happen!

Your role as an Area Manager / Regional Manager will see you lead, inspire and build a high performing team of Restaurant Manager that deliver year on year growth and you will encourage teamwork, commitment and passion throughout your team.

What qualities will you need to be successful in this role?

Ideally from a hospitality or retail background, you will have present experience of managing multi-site managers and can demonstrate a clear track record of delivery.

  • You must have exemplary people management skills, an approachable, energising coaching style and be a role model to your colleagues; As the Area Manager / Regional Manager you must put your people, customer's and community at every decision that you make and have the ability to think on your feet and be entrepreneurial in your approach.
  • You will be a visionary, someone who is willing to take risks and can 'make things happen'. Your natural ability to communicate openly will inspire others to succeed and drive forwards to achieving their own goals

Naturally, you will have a strong people background, be confident managing upwards and demand high standards of those around you.

This role will not be here for long and as a business they never look outside of there own organisation for this level of role!
