The role

As Product Delivery Co-ordinator you will support the UK Product Manager with the planning and management of product initiatives, across consultancy, analysis, development and test. Working with Project Managers and Production Support, you will collectively co-ordinate the inclusion of Product related deliveries into available client releases. Acting as the initial point of contact for both clients and internal delivery functions into the Product Team, you will monitor team activities, maintain delivery plans and logs, as well as generate all reporting output to clients in relation to Product team activities. Managing RMS, TFS, ALM, Jira and Confluence in reporting to Product related artefacts and usage, you will support the prospect client engagement process in relation to the management of RFI / RFP activities, across relevant product team individuals and liaison with Sales.

The requirements

Holding a higher education degree, possibly Computer Science or similar, you will have a proven background in Product Delivery. Possessing the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, you will exhibit a strong client focus. Knowledge of Financial Services, especially Wealth Management would be advantageous. Experience of RMS, TFS, ALM, Jira, Confluence, RFI and RFP would be ideal.
