Service Desk Support Analyst Central London

What you will do day to day

*Answering and recording support calls at first line via remote access
*Proactively dealing with emails to the service desk inbox
*Performing incident management associated with user requests
*Dealing with calls at 2nd line deskside visits, office moves, presentation set ups
*Troubleshooting, investigating and resolving issues relating to desktop support, Building and installing PCs, and Laptops
*Provide excellent customer service to clients
