French finance administrator for leading virtual data room provider based in the city of London.
My client is a leading provider of virtual data rooms based in the City of London.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Creation of monthly Sales Invoices.
- Monthly Sales Forecasting.
- Administrating French sales contracts with clients.
- Support French Sales Staff with contract and invoicing queries.
- Maintaining the Purchase Day Book, the Sales Day Book and the Cash Book on Exchequer Accounting software.
- Management of accounts payable.
- Chasing unpaid Invoices.
- Liaising with external French accountants and French government agencies.
- Providing management and KPI reports to the Group Accountant.
- HR administration
Suitable candidate must demonstrate the following:
- French Speaker and fluent in English.
- Ability to interpret French legal documentation.
- French office administration experience desirable
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Ability to be proactive and adaptable.
- Will need good communication skills and confidence to deal with blue chip organisations
