French finance administrator for leading virtual data room provider based in the city of London.

Client Details

My client is a leading provider of virtual data rooms based in the City of London.

Description

Main duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Creation of monthly Sales Invoices.
  • Monthly Sales Forecasting.
  • Administrating French sales contracts with clients.
  • Support French Sales Staff with contract and invoicing queries.
  • Maintaining the Purchase Day Book, the Sales Day Book and the Cash Book on Exchequer Accounting software.
  • Management of accounts payable.
  • Chasing unpaid Invoices.
  • Liaising with external French accountants and French government agencies.
  • Providing management and KPI reports to the Group Accountant.
  • HR administration

Profile

Suitable candidate must demonstrate the following:

  • French Speaker and fluent in English.
  • Ability to interpret French legal documentation.
  • French office administration experience desirable
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to be proactive and adaptable.
  • Will need good communication skills and confidence to deal with blue chip organisations

Job Offer
