We need a talented and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious contract in the heart of the City of London. We are looking for someone highly motivated, who is used to reviewing standards and implementing processes to ensure exceptional service delivery. Managing a small team of  5, a hands on approach is essential. Excellent marketing/promotions experience as well as customer & client liaison skills are essential also.

Main responsibilities

You will oversee the day to day running of the very popular employee dining restaurant which has a variety of different food offers including a salad bar, grab and go, hot food, chefs specials and soup sections. There are around 800 covers a day.

As Restaurant Manager you will have exceptional organisational and communication skills with the presence to manage challenging situations and drive sales. A hands on and common sense approach is essential to the success of this area.

You will be expected to work closely with the kitchen and the chefs, deciding on marketing and menu ideas and leading innovation for the restaurant.

  • Previous restaurant/employee dining management experience within contract catering
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and hands on approach

  • Ability to demonstrate great organisational skills in a high volume and demanding environment
