I am currently working with business in Milton Keynes that are looking to recruit a Part time Accounts Admninistrator on a Permant basis. The business will requie you to work 9-2 Monday to Friday and have the ability to cover 9-5 if needed. 

Main duties to include: 

•Input invoices on Log and submit to relevant person for authorisation
• Ensure invoices are put on supplier accounts correctly
• Process Company expenses via Concur
• Reconcile Company Barclaycard expenses and allocate against Direct Debit taken
• Have working knowledge of current Cost Codes
• Submit Intrastat accruals form
• Maintain and ensure Supplier Accounts are correct and up to date
• Administer monthly supplier payments
• Maintain and post Cash Book
• Administer and pay staff expenses
• Be responsible for Petty Cash and Petty Cash Reconciliation
• Administer Purchase Ordering system
• Assist in Audit routines and maintenance of spreadsheets for Audit purposes
• Cover Credit Controller tasks when absent from the office – Blocked Orders & Payments
