Facilities Manager - Residential Property Management. Our Client is a residential and commercial real estate investment firm who were established in the 1980s. Their portfolio is spread across parts of England; however, large part of the portfolio is in Central London. Due to recent growth, they are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with residential property experience.
The Role: The newly created role will include (but will not be limited to) the following duties:
- Day to day oversight of all the residential sites (blocks).
- Handling all the health and safety issues and carrying out the relevant checks.
- Carrying the fire risk assessments.
- Overseeing the internal maintenance team.
- Conducting regular site inspections.
The Person: To apply, you MUST have at least 2 years' relevant residential facilities management experience. Strong knowledge and experience of all relevant legislations, health and safety acts etc. are essential. You will be a good communicator who will be able to ensure the smooth running of multiple sites.
