Job Title: Asset Performance Engineer

Job Type: Permanent

Location: London

Hours: Full time

The selected candidate will be responsible for regularly completing a variety of different tasks including consultancy and design work, construction / implementation phase work, marketing, technical development, management, quality assurance and training. You will be responsible for the design, documentation and management of plant upgrades, footprint improvement projects and minor refurbishments as well as the preparation of reports covering all facets of technical facilities management. The role will also you take a lead role in establishing advice given to clients, undertake direct asset performance commissions for selected projects and act a project co-ordinator on selected relevant projects.

Due to expanding projects, our client requires an Asset Performance Engineer to join their established team on a permanent basis.

Candidate Requirements

·Significant experience in a similar position and relevant qualification (Engineering Degreed)

·Achieved chartered status

·Experience working in a facilities management or design role is highly desirable

·Proven record of managing or leading teams

·Good organisation and time management skills, able to prioritise workloads effectively

·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with different team managers and external parties

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, supported by practical field experience, a qualification (degree or equivalent) and chartered status. Our client is offering an excellent salary package for this permanent, London based role.
