A background in financial services or banking isn't essential. All we ask for is a talent for talking to people and a flair for understanding what they need and identifying the best way to support them. Oh, and a real desire to help by answering questions, sorting out problems and recommending different services or products. And, if you're great at juggling the necessary admin with time spent dealing with customers and don't mind working Saturdays, you've got exactly what we're looking for. In return, we'll develop you in the role, by providing you with a plan to work through our accreditation programme, which means you'll easily be able to see your career path in TSB.

* Establish an effective relationship with customers in order to build and enhance customer satisfaction/loyalty.
* Carry out a range of clerical or customer service duties, to include cashiering through to more demanding enquiries, ensuring that work is completed accurately and adheres to all specified bank processes, procedures, standards and relevant external regulations.
* Act as a source of expertise providing coaching, guidance and feedback as required to new or less experienced team members.
* Complete all roles and tasks required by your line manager, adhering to all Bank rules, procedures and policies in the areas of risk and compliance.
*Ensure that credit policy procedures are adhered to.
