Medicor are pleased to consider applications for the position of Paediatric Staff Nurse (RSCN / RN Child) - Surgical or Medical Ward working for our client based in London on a Permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be registered with the NMC Registered Sick Childrens Nurse (RSCN) / Registered Nurse Child and have significant post-registration experience.
You will need to have the following essential skills and experience for the position; You will have experience of working on either a Paediatric Medical Ward or Paediatric Surgical ward setting. You will have experience of IV adminstration and will hold a PILS certificate. .
We are also looking for the following desirable skills, but are not essential for the position; You will have experience of private healthcare.
The position is working within a well known private hospital in Central London. Working on a Paediatric Ward that caters for either Surgical or Medical patients. They have the back up of a dedicated PICU which when a patient deteriorates, they will move them to without the delays you can experience in the NHS. The hospital is well equipped with each patient beds having all the equipment in one place. The hospital is undergoing refurbishment too. One of the benefits of working within this ward is the high patient to nurse ratio's that will allow you to give good quality care. The role will involve shift working including days, nights and weekend working and tends to be longer shifts.
This is a Full-time Permanent position working 37.5 per week working in London.
The salary for this position is between £30,328 and £38,367 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the position.
