The Role: Vendor Delegate Sales
- Develop relationships with the top 100 vendors per segment and industry you sell into
- Develop research and sell directly into target audience
- Understand, develop and engage a prospect based on value proposition
- Develop key accounts per conference, maintain rapport and build strategic relations
- Focus and develop a telephone and email strategy to engage prospects
- Research and develop new leads and companies, and engage existing data
- Engage directly to understand prospects’ needs on the phone and develop new sales
- Responsible for your own targets, key performance indicators and building business contacts
- You are a natural sales person and very much commission driven.
- You are money hungry, self-motivated and driven to earn commission
- You have telephone sales experience
- You are a highly confident individual, articulate with capacity to engage prospects based on value
- You are driven by targets and highly interested to maintain and or develop a career in sponsorship business development and or key account management.
Our commitment to you:
- Monthly basic: £1,200 per month and a genuine capacity to earn up £1,500 Commission every 4 to 6 weeks
- Training: how develop research, what is the call strategy, what is the value proposition of my call, how to engage and develop sales, weekly training sessions and much more…
- Mentoring: you are encouraged and provided with strategically direction to develop your key sales skills.
- Support: you are provided with constant support, coaching to push toward targets, lists are provided, ample time to develop research and engage new inbound enquiries for sales.

- Opportunities in Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales are available for internal promotion within the first 6 months!
