RTA Litigation Executive

An RTA Litigation Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm based in Aldershot. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

A highly regarded law firm, my client is recognised as a leading player within the Personal Injury market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an RTA Litigation Executive with a minimum 1 years experience to join their high achieving RTA team. Working as part of a team you will manage a caseload of around 250 Litigated RTA fast track files from start to finish.

Applications are invited from 1 years experienced Solicitors, Paralegals, Litigation Executives, Fee Earners and you will have experience working on litigated fast track personal injury files. We are happy to consider both Claimant and Defendant candidates.

You will need to have excellent client care and communication skills, The successful candidate will also need to show a capability to cope well under pressure, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and be able to keep to tight deadlines.
