Responsible for leading, developing team members in order that they achieve individual, team and department objectives, service levels and delivers exceptional customer service. Drive continuous improvement and build people capability whilst building a safe working environment where team members feel empowered and engaged and where the customer is at the heart of everything they do.

On a daily basis you will be involved in the following duties:-

  • Pro-actively drive your team’s contribution to the achievement of department targets.
  • Regularly, thoroughly and consistently coach and develop team members, provide continuous feedback and embed the customer experience principles.

  • Ensure team members comply fully with all Company Procedures, Regulatory, Legal Requirements and Codes of Practice and Conduct.

  • Regularly test controls and contingency processes.

  • Manage business processes.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Mathematics

  • Experience of working in a Customer Services role

  • Enthusiastic and flexible approach with the ability to work as part of a team

  • Up-to-date regulatory knowledge

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, shift patterns on rotation between 6am-11pm, 7 days a week.
