Team Manager - Referral and Assessment Team - North West London

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience

The vacancy opened up due to the internal promotion of a Team Manager to a senior post. The team is continuously developing through actively reducing caseloads, extra training and working through the Signs of Safety Innovation Project. This allows you to use your own ideas to shape the way you work with the service users.

As a part of your role you will be undertaking visits and working in their Referral and Assessment Service.
