Territory Sales Executive
My client has been on the luxury hair care market for over 60 years, the objective of the company being; to deliver top quality hair care products and to sell these products exclusively to hairdressing professionals world-wide.
They owned the largest aerosol filling operation in Europe and also became the largest supplier of hairspray between 1950 and 1960. Today, their products are sold in over 30 countries. Their products are exclusive and top of the market, being sold directly into premium salons and hairdressing professionals. Their focus of delivering on such a high end product has enabled them to achieve a turnover of 313 million Euros, equating to over 261 million pounds.
As a Territory Sales Executive your role will be to achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to maximise profitable sales and distribution of products. You will do this through developing business with existing customers, enhancing the profile and image of the brand’s products and building relationships with new customers, particularly those in category A and B and Premier Professional Salons.
You will need to have a minimum of 3 years working in Sales Divisions, with a track record of identifiable successes in the same industry, or similar industry sectors, being; beauty, health and possibly fashion. You will need to cope with a variety of sales business cultures and personalities, regular long working days and often being away from home for 3-4 days a week. In return, the basic salary will be around £20,000 - £21,500.
