Our client is a well-known brand in the investment property sector. They are wealth building specialists and help their investors buy carefully selected investment opportunities in the UK and overseas. Their clients include individuals looking to acquire their first investment, through to large institutions seeking bulk acquisitions.
This is a multi-faceted and very rewarding position. At the heart of this business is a busy and successful sales and admin team and you’re there to support them and their growth. You’ll soon find that you are integral to the smooth running of this company. The role requires leadership, strong communications skills and a positive can-do attitude.
You will be responsible for the management and coordination of the office and the teams. This will include:
- recruiting, mentoring and training the sales team
- carrying out team appraisals
- reviewing sales and office procedures
- day to day running of the office
- maintaining sales progression data and weekly sales performance reports
- handling customer enquiries ensuring clients receive the highest standards of service
- sales admin support to the directors and the team
- building client and developer relations
- assisting with the acquisition of investment projects and developments
- coordinating appointments, travel, meetings and bookings
If you’ve done a similar role before, you’ll know that this is just a snapshot of some of what your role will include.
You will come from a property background and have managed and supported a busy salesteam - this is a must. You’ll love having a hugely varied day at work where no two days are same. You’ll enjoy juggling lots of different tasks and thinking about how to look after the team and the clients. Given the structure of company, being naturally autonomous and proactive to make sure things happen will be vital.
You’ll be friendly, approachable, have bags of energy and a positive attitude. You’ll like working to targets and thrive on responsibility and having your team rely on you.
