My Client an International Law firm based in Central London is currently looking for a Systems Administrator. This is a newly created role within the Finance team working in partnership with the IT department. This role offers great career progression and training for the successful candidate.

Key Duties:

  • Administer aspects of the Aderant Expert system including user accounts & changing the open status on Matters.
  • Document System Admin processes
  • Providing Help Desk / First Line support for Aderant Users both in the Finance Department & the rest of the business.
  • Working with 2nd & 3rd Line support to understand how they solved difficult issues & use this knowledge to solve future occurrences.
  • Develop knowledge about Aderant products, systems and procedures that relate to the accounting and finance process.
  • Act as a liaison between the Finance department and the IT department in regard to technical and maintenance related issues.
  • Provide user training.
  • Assist with Project work as required

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally you will have SQL and Aderant experience
  • Good technical finance experience
  • Ambitious with the desire to build a career within Finance Systems
  • Business partnering experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
