Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (£28,000 - £30,000 OTE)

Our Client: the most widely recognised supplier of Telecommunication & IT Services are experts in helping all types of businesses of all types and all sizesbecome more effective using a vast range of Communication & IT Services.

The Role: They are currently seeking experienced telesales professionals with a solid track record within outbound business to business telesales. Possessing a strong commercial acumen and having a proven track record in closing deals over the telephone. Having an in depth understanding the importance of customer service.


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Work to daily / weekly targets, to achieve required
  • Making outbound business to business calls
  • Booking meetings and demonstrations for the account manager/ sourcing leads from the internet and email campaigns
  • Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
  • Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process
  • Sales planning activities/preparing sales pitches
  • Maintaining and updating customer database · Associated admin duties

TECHNICAL SKILLS: To be computer Literate.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 month Telesales Experience in either B2C or B2B

QUALIFICATIONS: 5 GCSE’s C and above inc Maths and English.
