Within the role your key duties will include;

- Following up valuation requests to book appointments, chasing up unconverted leads to secure property listings
- Preparing valuations
- Marketing of the property to include moderating photographs, writing descriptions and particulars
- Carry out reviews of all marketing activity, managing the database to assist in the sale of the property
- Cross selling additional services
- Obtain feedback following viewings
- Negotiate sales offers
- Sales progression
- Supporting the sales from exchange to completion to include complaint resolution and general administrative tasks

Previous experience / key skills required for the role;

- Previous Account Management / Handling experience
- GSCE Mathematics and English, Grade A-C or equivalent
- The ability to work to and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience working to deadlines in a fast paced and involved role
- Strong time management skills
- Computer literate
- Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously using your initiative
- The ability to work under pressure

Previous experience working within the property sector is advantageous, however not essential for the role.

This is a permanent full position, paying £18,000 basic with an uncapped bonus to be earned based upon performance. You will work on a rota basis to include 2 weekends (Saturday or Sunday) out of 4 and will work either an early of late shift during the week. The companies opening hours are Mon – Fri 8 am – 20:00 pm, Sat 9 am – 17:00 pm and Sunday 9 am – 16:30 pm – as such you will need to be available and flexible in the hours you work.
