I am seeking a Reward Professional for a new position in a Top Bank in Canary Wharf. This position has a salary bracket of £65,000 - £85,000 and will hold the title of Reward Manager.

With extensive knowledge of pay and compensation and relevant and related legislation, governance and practice, the ideal individual would will be able to work with the business to help identify the right reward mechanisms for high and low performers and develop compelling reward solutions.

Used to complex data analysis and interpretation, this role will manage the evaluation and pricing of roles across the business and can operate as a key contributor for projects. You will advice on the use of long-term compensation within the business and lead and manage the overall payround process across the UK.

Knowledge of senior reward procedure is essential, ideally gained within a fast paced and matrixed environment if not the financial services.
