As a Sales Manager you will be tasked with managing a team of sales consultants, 26 to be precise with 3 team leaders reporting directly into the Sales Manager. Motivating and leading the team is the core function of this exciting travel job, where you will be sharing your expert knowledge of sales techniques to result in a hugely successful sales team.

In this senior Sales Manager job you will be tasked with implementing a sales strategy to increase passenger volumes and efficiency, ensuring the correct procedures are in place and being practised by the whole team. Incentivising staff to keep them motivated is really important, so as a sales manager you will need to be creative in ways to make the team tick and get them firing to sell. Analytical skills will also be a requirement for this travel job as the Sales manager is tasked with reviewing call volumes, competitor activity and sales figures.

This is a Monday - Friday position so will allow for a good balance with work and home life. The ideal candidate will come with a call centre background, in a leaderships role preferably with tailor-made experience.
