Responsibilities

As Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and troubleshooting
  • Access and lead optimal implementation of the clients DMP for a variety of clients
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans
  • Work with existing clients on technical issues
  • Understand scripts and coding on the website

Technical Account Manager

Your Profile

As Technical Account Manager, you will need:

  • To be educated to degree level in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Maths, Physics, or a similar academic background
  • Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, C++, Python or SQL is an advantage
  • A keen passion and interest in the technology and digital space is essential
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel (macros, formulas, v look ups, pivot tables is preferred but not essential)
  • Strong numerical skills and strong analytical skills
  • Good attention to detail
