Locations is Milton Keynes

Base Salary is £30k - £40k

My client are a global leader in providing intelligence-driven data privacy solutions. They are now looking for hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic sales people to join their inside sales team. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work for an industry recognised Data privacy solutions provider. The Inside Sales role has responsibility for conducting outbound sales activities positioning data Privacy/security Intelligence services to small and large enterprises. The Inside Sales Specialist provides front end sales activities including initiating prospect relationships, creating further interest and driving value driven conversations that result into new business.

Role Responsibilities

Initiate, maintain and master on-going relationships with each prospect on the basis that each communication provides value to the prospect.

Understand prospect's business and data privacy/security environment.

Articulate clearly a technical acumen and understanding to each prospect.

Intuitively and proactively understand prospect concerns and facilitate escalation to the appropriate salesperson when required

Grow revenues for assigned territory by identifying potential sales opportunities

Communicate effectively and establish business revenue within designed territories

Requirements

Ability, passion and desire to conduct outbound telephone activities on an everyday basis.

Ability to accept and provide constructive recommendations with team members.

Persistence and willingness to learn and adapt on a daily basis.

Unquestioned integrity and personal ethics; willingness to speak up in potentially difficult one-on-one situations.

Experience in direct sales/inside sales/lead generation. Experience of information security demand generation a bonus.

Strong ability and awareness to grasp complex, sophisticated solution service sales processes and position -effectively to prospects.

High energy level, with ever present resolve to bring best effort on a daily basis

Sold software before (not just re-seller*), some SaaS experience is positive

Experience in hunter role, meet/exceed quota

Software/technical knowledge, preferably worked in B2B software before

Basic knowledge of enterprise procurement and purchasing process

Articulate, well spoken (communicating with lawyers as customers

Passion/Aggressive "Hate to lose" type personality

Comfortable/prefers picking up phone rather than emailing

Comfortable with WEBEX/WEBINAIR demo driven sales process - Presentation skills (will be doing demos over webinar)

Experience at trade shows, user groups, and other lead generating in person events
