About the Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant, Wandsworth

This is a very important role for the school and students, and will be instrumental in guiding these pupils to top results and standards of behaviour. As TA, but also having exposure to the Inclusion Team, you will help supporting learning and progress for young people with special and additional needs across the school as well as in mainstream classes. The school is looking for someone an excellent academic record, but they must also have the personal qualities to be match. As a mentor the students that are assigned to you will need your guidance and support in all areas of life, not just academic study. Therefore, only those who can act as excellent role models can be considered. The desire to potentially go on to do a teacher training course would also be beneficial as the school could potentially offer this for the following academic year.
