Company: Successful Lottery, Sports Betting and Gaming operator

Location: West London - Near Earls Court

Salary: £ 70 ,000 negotiable (depending on experience)

Bonus: Performance related, annual bonus

The company is globally recognised as a start-up specialist for gaming operations in emerging markets and is fast expanding. It aims to offer the best gaming experience to customers, by providing them with extensive On Line Betting and Gaming, Quality Games Centres, friendly and fully-trained staff members and informative and easy to use websites.

THE ROLE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Online Product Manager will support strategy and take ownership of the sportsbook website:

  • Act as liaison between executive management, marketing department, customers and technology teams.
  • Translating the business needs into detailed software specifications.
  • Responsible for the promotional marketing through all digital formats.
  • Prioritise projects by short term wins and long term propositions that support the business' ambitions
  • Provide project management skills to ensure delivery on time, as well as quality and consistency of delivery

The Online Product Manager will also be part of the global management team, held jointly responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Initially reporting directly to the Head of Gaming, although, this may change as the company continues to evolve and grow.


Profile


The Online Product Manager will have a proven track record and understanding of digital operations/promotions ideally with in-depth experience of Product Management, CRM, player acquisition, online brand management and digital content development in the sportsbook, gaming and/or lottery industries.

In addition you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- You will be customer centric in your decision making
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.

- Use shopper insight to understand the customer purchase journey and touch points
- Excellent project management skills are non-negotiable, you will be able to demonstrate projects that have been delivered from inception to delivery
- Multi-site experience coupled with a collaborative approach to managing marketing projects will be a distinct advantage.
- You must be happy to work in Central London on a daily basis, and willing to travel abroad.
