I am currently working on behalf of a well-known national charity that is currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a 8 Month Fixed-Term Contract within one of their residential services where they support individuals with a range of complex disabilities in Essex.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be part of the management team ensuring effective day to day running of the service. You will assist in the management of a multidisciplinary staff team ensuring the best practice, policies and values are delivered to the service users in line with the regulations from CQC. You will ultimately be charged with ensuring the care and support offered to Service Users is paramount.

The ideal candidate will be QCF/NVQ Level 3 qualified and have knowledge of using quality measures such as internal/external audits. You will need to have experience in supervising staff and in their development as well being able to motivate and communicate effectively on all levels. You will need to possess good IT skills and have the flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

Salary - 26.5k Pro Rata - 8 Month FTC
