1st/2nd Line Technical Service Analyst

My well known client within their industry is looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Technical Service Analyst in Milton Keynes. Ideally you will have good hardware and software knowledge, excellent skills within Windows 7 and Server 2008. ITIL knowledge is needed for this position. Great communication skills is a must as this position.

Duties:

  • Providing first line & Second line support via telephone/email/desktop
  • Project implementation support
  • Using remote access to customer systems as well as telephone support
  • Dealing with multiple incidents and being able to prioritise incidents.
  • Installing and configuring Software and Hardware.
  • Diagnose Software and Hardware faults.

Skills:

  • Helpdesk/Service Desk experience
  • Windows 7
  • ITIL
  • Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Hardware knowledge

You will receive training on the bespoke system and be part of a great team where you will need to deal with calls/emails the best you can.
