This is an exciting role, where you will be the driving force behind the commercial development and continued success of a global leading company. This area of the business will be responsible for generating over £50m per annum in revenue and you will indirectly oversee/motivate the field based sales teams. The role will require you to provide leadership to a number of different teams whilst also taking responsibility for commercial matters and tasked with ongoing revenue management. The role also involves budget management and development of commercial strategies. You will be based in their offices on the outskirts of Southampton.

The Role

The main duties of this role are as follows:

  • Identifying and developing initiatives to help increase revenue & profitability

  • Monitoring commercial performance

  • Budget management

  • Working closely with marketing to help support the products

  • Harmonise, enhance and drive high quality client service delivery through effective management of the client facing teams

The Ideal Candidate

Your CV should show a successful and progressive background, with experience in revenue growth and displaying commercial awareness. You will be capable of working within a dynamic business environment, juggling multiple tasks and contending with some demanding clients. Personal traits will include a drive, energy and enthusiasm, client service flair and commercial acumen.
